i feel bad for the girls because they're simply responding to messages they're getting from the establishment.

i honestly dont think he has it all completely figured out yet

me just learning that the place is only 3 months old makes me feel a bit for him too

he's a new business owner, trying to figure things out
and it could explain his frustration as well...there's a lot of pressure involved - especially in the restaurant business...extremely tough and competitive

so my heart goes out to him as well.

he has an edge to work with though - since there aren't many Black owned establishments in Dallas.
