And don't get me wrong, LD is a cute song but it wasn't strong enough to stand where it was and needed more of a push..

Gilgamesh.

Human was severely mishandled.
Yeah.

Gonna Find My Love could have been a cute lil pop hit.

Don't know why that was a bonus track.

and Long Distance as a single

:uhh:

but all of Brandy's albums after FM have been mishandled to some extent. some more than others.
Gonna Find My Love... True...Fall

shit.. even Piano Man has millions of views on YouTube jkfl;djL:SKFJLDS:J

All would've been better choices than Long Distance. Her team is kinda retarded

To be fair, Pop ballads were doing relatively well in 2010, and I think they were counting on the Bruno Mars connection  :-/
LD was released in late 2008 and way before Bruno's 2010 solo debut. He was an unknown when he played the piano in the video..

Oh, well that kinda proves my point, didn't Halo & Bleeding Love come out in 2008?

!!!! It would have been a cute Sondtrack song but if they wanted give a ballad mess, "True" slays LD

Yes. I understand why they went with LD but it wasn't as good as those songs at the time. Ryan Tedder was the king of that sound and LD's chorus/climax wasn't catchy enough.

they actually should've went with the title track Human as the pop ballad
its the song that speaks directly to the issues with the lying about her relationship w/Robert and the accident
and she sang her face OFF. A primetime interview w/Oprah where she performed that song and apologized about everything would've been perfect

I remember being so excited for Piano Man in particular before the album came out because I was thinking she was doing another classic Rock n Roll cover and covering Elton John ... but then the "piano man" was Rodney Jerkins  :ermm:

Still a good song but just wasn't what I was expecting. I have a feeling it get's a lot of plays on YouTube etc because people are thinking it's going to be a cover like I was thinking.. but maybe I'm wrong.
