I LIVE in Atlanta and it's not cheap. People think Buckhead is expensive but midtown/downtown is even more expensive. For Ken to buy a CONDO  in the heart of the city is a book. I don't know where you're getting information from but it's well known that the price of living in Atlanta has skyrocketed over the years.
