Is there something going on here?

When I was about 14, one of my older cousins who was probably in her early 30's, gave me a blue comforter. It wasn't new. It was comfortable af and became my fav blanket. I still have it and when the weather changes, it's the perfect not too heavy/not too light option at night. I used it Sunday, and had a dream about her/her family/her space (she use to also babysit me and my sister) I didn't see her face but I knew where I was. Nothing happened in the dream and it wasn't a bad one, didn't wake up scared or anything. Shes actually probably one of my fav cousins and yes she's still living.

I used it Monday night and had another dream related to her.

Noticing a pattern, I didn't use it last night.... no dream.

This is so interesting to me. I'm sure it's something pretty cool and spiritual.  It could be similar to how a certain scent can immediately take us back to a specific space and memory or why even the voodoo girls need an article of your clothing or belongings in order for things to really shift

Ok so my grandma always said that this particular cousin "trapped" her now husband via .... roots or whatever. I always gave her a "sis u crazeh! whatever!" Type response, never really entertaining it. Actually would get kinda annoyed by it because she's always harping on this particular cousin AND as I'm typing this, more is coming to me... "I remember saying to myself ch what does (cousins name)  have over you?" Not in the spiritual way, I wasn't even thinking of it like that, just in general,  like girl why you always got negative stuff to say about her and always bring her up

But I mean my Grandma is still here kicking and healthy, she's 79. 

My life is good. I'm quite blessed overall. So I don't really sense anything EVIL. And for what? Again I was always fond of her from early childhood and we never had issues in my adult life

I've heard about shit like this in my dads family as well that he used to warn me about. Chhh But maybe what's being revealed to you isn't necessarily anything sinister. I really think you would have felt that if so

!! I really don't feel like it is. Maybe there was something already "on" the blanket and needs to get back to her. Like I said, I dont know where she got it from. That was my main blanket mess alllllll thru high school too. I don't know if I'd had dreams of "her" during those years but these most recent 2 are sticking out because I hadn't used he blanket in a WHILE

I think our bahveys can make real connections to what we experience or touch during the day before slumber

And those connections def can come through dreams

Kinda like when we avoid watching scary movies before bed , etc. to avoid "nightmares"

I honestly don't think there's a super deep magical mess going on but it's nice that u get to dream of one of ur favorite cousins ☺️

I'll take that any day over dreaming of a monster
