but this wasn't a 7th grader running around singing Barney songs , it's a 7th grader running around with a gun in hand.

why not shoot him in the leg or arm or something and then take his gun?

They're trained to use a gun as a last resort/"shoot-to-kill" and it's a mess Lowering that standard would definitely make things even worse.

my advice to any younger people of color would be to just keep ur ass out of trouble

i tell my younger brothers all the time...they're 18-20 now and SMELLING themselves a bit.
don't put urself in any situation where police need to be involved

they don't value ur life enough to stop and think about mess or give you the benefit of the doubt.

where is this child's parents? why was he out running around paying real life cops n robbers

yea i agree on that too but just dont think its justifiable like you wrote in your earlier post.
