Loving season 2 so far so I decided to dip into season 1

These cisgender chink women for "house of ninja"

And the other house led by a white soccer mom who lives in the suburbs with her child and husband

It's really offensive because so much about ballroom life was about black and Hispanic ppl who were thrown out of their homes and rejected... homeless coming together to form the culture

I was fortunate enough to have a loving accepting  family and I wasn't directly involved in a house but  I def knew the girls who were... and their stories . POSE hit that nail on the head .

I almost don't even wanna watch this 1st season but im glad they didn't pull that shit for the 2nd season.

The house of Ninja is most offensive cuz there's not one black face in there. A bunch of professionally trained chinks competing against these girls from the streets

Yes they're performing well but I'm not impressed cuz I expect it . Chinks are like robots sometimes . They know how to execute and copy mess flawlessly.

They should've never been there .

Im just glad HBO MAX got the hint for this new season.

I get the whole "universal everyone's welcome" mess but this is one instance where that Should NOT apply

Considering that the culture formed as the result of fucking exclusion , and is a platform and space for people who look like us to dominate and feel good about ourselves .

I only seen the first episode of season 1...I didn't see any of the heavy hitting girls I wanted to see and the judges panel was a fool to me. I do know the white girl was Isla Chanel from the west coast, she turned women's performance for years to me she is up and coming legend. You can't fault the ninja girls persay, they spent alot of money on classes and things and they are all from overseas. That was kinda Willi Ninja's dream to make voguing international.

But who are all the houses on season 2..? I might take a peak.
I wanna see Divo, Justin, Baby hurricane, Starr...the show stopping girls. they can keep the rest lol

i actually started with season 2 cuz my boo Arturo is leading her pack this season

So proud of him, I worked closely with him and a couple other Mugler girls when I was doing music

I knew he was gonna fuck it up and be a force to be reckoned ... and actually win the mess. He's sickening.  but the house of Balenciaga has me scared for king . Those bitches are not coming for pen pals 

But Mugler is def gonna be in the top groups battling it out. Arturo is such a perfectionist when it comes to that choreo and performance... and it drove me crazy working with him cuz I'm a lazy bitch .

Yes they're good but this is no different from those chink people who mimic R&B artists and mess. Yes they sing down and give u the performance but it stops there. There's nothing BEHIND it. No story nothing really relatable .
