giving out unsolicited advice and giving an "ewww! Omf do u know how many calories that has?" Mess owt as if they weren't just chomping on 5 cheeseburgers at once a few months ago

even when ppl proactively ask me what I did to drop it so quickly I keep it simple. I cut back on food and got my ass outside for a little exercise
