Syrai def ain't Brandy vocally or even close to her when Bran was 19 but I admire her interest in music and her desire to learn to improve upon her craft. She's eager and hungry, no pun intended. But overall her voice is just barely average for me.

and she has good runs and an ear for harmony
Sy'Rai is a GOOD singer and since Bran has been adamant on her not growing up in the industry Id say she deserves credit

Her voice isnt even as distinctive at tweets.  If she gave tweet I'd be going up tbh. Maybe once she grows more into who SHE is as a singer i'll appreciate her. All she is rn is another one of these brandy clones that dont sing as well

Sy'Rai still has that juvenile Twinkle Twinkle Little Star sound to her voice. I think she'll be a force to be reckoned with once her vocal matures and she finds her sound.

Brandy still sounded good and had a nice voice tho.  Syrai is a bg vocalist at best.  Issa no....... for me

It's not a fair comparison but Sy'rai has a ton of developing to do for sure

It's a pretty fair comparison.  When u can sing AND it's sumn uve been groomed in, then it's pretty evident,  especially by the age of 15. U dont just gain some great voice at 20. Michael jackson,  shanice, whitney,  leann Rimes, hell even MONICA.  Monica sang better then than she does now.  I just don't think syrai will be a really good singer,  it's not really her blessing imo. She can definitely carry a  tune but nothing that warrants a music career.  They said she writes, right?  Hopefully she nurtures that
