True, but he won't need a prenup if he manages to become her conservator, and don't let them have a kid...

I'm pretty sure that would be somewhere in the prenup or other documents before marriage. More than likely baring him from her finances and other means of control. It'll probably be like a probationary period where they reevaluate the terms along with her finances periodically. I don't see it for anyone clearing her bank account with so many eyes on her and her money. With so many faucets of society in her life she should be able to marry and have more children unless she's presented herself a danger to her children or herself.
