Its clear as day that a big part of the reason why she is still so MENT now is BECAUSE of the conversatorship. That would heighten anyone's mental instability. Added to all the drugs they keep pumping sis. Some of which Im sure she prob shouldnt be receiving. She def needs to be freed, but she needs someone around her that will support her in that transition. 13 years is faaar too long. That shit should've been helping her to get back in control of her life and if its making it worse according to her father, then he's not serving her.
