I thought the promo was pretty decent actually... not of course to the standards of BMJ and The Game, but that was expected. The numbers arent great, but they arent horrible guys. Half of CW's shows can barely book 500k and still getting renewed. :dead:

you do know the CW is a shit network that should not be used in any comparison right?
well bby its a more REALISTIC comparison than a ABC or Fox, that the girls have tried to give in the past..... However, the fact that a cable network can still PERCH with the broadcast gorls is a book itself.

Why is that to be expecte?. BMJ does not need the promo because it's an established show. BET is being cheap, there is no reason for not giving ZOE the red carpet treatment. It's not like they have many other shows to promote. The best promo they gave the show was the spot during The Wiz.

well sis.... It's just like the music industry. The established gorls get the bigger budgets because that's who's bringing in the coins. BMJ didn't get the big budget and promo right out the gate either.... It was after that pilot/movie snatched over 4M viewers. You kinda have to prove yourself first.

These ratings need to pick up asap or it may not be a second season. This is a really good sitcom and I haven't seen a good one in years. Need more promo or word of mouth fast.

is that you mr hill ? cause

I am sure if Jimmy Kimmel wanted to promote ZEA BET would not mind. It is also about how the demand is, and for a new show with little hype and nothing ground breaking it is difficult to get big media interested, I'd assume. BET needs to put her on their Award shows and stuff tho

I think the beginning marketing was great as far as recognition, now they just need to put it out in a way that really shows what the show is..

They should've made the Pilot episode be 1 hour long. By episode 2, the show got much better. And like was said before, that time slot if horrendous.

10 is pretty late

True. I remember I use to love albums for what it was. It's amazing growing up and seeing it actually flopped.
