I def couldn't do it. I could never even fathom the idea of one roommate in a two bedroom place vvvvvvvvvv

im just way too particular . Especially when it comes to the bathroom.

I bought a place with two bathrooms just so my guests won't be using mine . some places should be private and to urself.

But the guest bathroom is very nice and full with shower small closet/cabinet, etc. so they enjoy it.

i think those types of apartments are ideal for people who literally just wanna be close to all the action outside in a specific neighborhood and spend very little time at home/indoors.

and it's kinda become somewhat of a culture in NYC for people to accept smaller things for bigger prices so i get why people are like "WOW OMG THIS IS AMAZING! A STEAL FOR SURE!" as they peek into a cardboard box that's renting for 4K a month, with rats voguing in the cupboards.

normality/standard of living is just entirely different.
