Great but it could've been higher. Some fans refused to stream it.Saying they didn't want Barry to profit. But they have been literally
begging for this for years.

I mean honestly those numbers are GREAT

Aaliyah's 1996 sophomore album, One In a Million, reaches the top 10 for the first time, as the set re-enters the Billboard 200 at No. 10. The album was reissued on Aug. 20 after years out-of-print, and earned 26,000 equivalent album units in the week ending Aug. 26. Of that sum, album sales comprise 13,000; SEA units comprise 11,000 (equaling 14.29 million on-demand streams of the set's tracks) and TEA units comprise 2,000. One In a Million originally peaked at No. 18 on the Feb. 1, 1997-dated chart. The album is first of a series of reissues for the Blackground label, including other previously long-unavailable albums from Aaliyah, Ashley Parker Angel, Toni Braxton, JoJo, Tank and Timbaland (and Timbaland & Magoo).

i honestly don't expect to see HUGE numbers from any of these releases
maybe the from the red album release. MAYBE. but otherwise not a juggernaut tea

just cuz it's not a case where a very recent/new artist passed

simply the label finally doing what should be done after YEARS of sitting on their hands about it

im glad he's doing this though. i need ALL of GODni's albers on streaming
Libra is fucking iconic. a got damn shame it took this long to get it

he's a prick.

Bitch when I tell you as soon as Libra is on there how FAST imma put on "please" and roll through the gayborhood with my windows down

Gilgamesh.

Just thinking about how young Li was when OIAM came out. Imagine being 17/18 yo and releasing a game changing classic?

Missy and Tim always say they were instantly enamoured with her. She must have been truly someone special.  :stressed:
