In my opinion I think RHD strangely put Brandy back on the map a bit and it was a Top 40 hit!

RHD is an excellent track. The video was God awful though. It was cool back then to hear the song come on Power 99, Phillys main hip hop station. That song would have done better but that label didn't know what they had.

RHD was huge on Z100 and she did Jingle Ball that year too. It was a crossover hit that could've done even better than it did.

I really hope when Brandy wraps up shooting the 1st season of Queens, that she will head back in the studio and start getting ready to drop some new music for next year.

she is shooting Queens for the rest of the year.  ABC has such a long time shoot time

Soncally its okay (kinda dry but she does sound amazing) but the fact that she released that mess instead of Baby Mama had me fuming.

i HATED it until a few days ago i fumed for the same reason. Like girl what are u even talking about sdddf but the lyrics make sense to me now.

Lashawn's death is prolly why she dropped that instead. It might have been a lil tacky to drop bvy mama

Kehlani dropping out last minute (day before the video shoot) didn't help matters at all either. I love Brandy. She had a few completely different versions of that single just in case everybody abandoned her smh

The auto tune this is what the Afro beat gorls love..especially if it goes well with the riddem. It don't bother me.

Yea autotune doesnt bother me either unless it's that REALLY exaggerated TPain type and even thats ok sometime

When used in the same key as the song and not turned up all the way, it can be pleasant on the ears. I can see why some are bothered but i think it's done very tastefully and the placement is amazing from them both

Totally agree I don't mind a little "effects" here and there especially if I already know the artist can already blow. I remember Brandy's haters back in the day online used to call her B-PAIN because they thought her natural voice  mwas auto tune. No dummy that's actually her voice tell your favs to get like her
