I wasn't completely sold until right up toward the end of the verse but she sold me. Tamar had some DOPE clean moments in there but i don't always find her voice to be pleasant when she sings like this here. She doesn't always sound 100% comfortable up there in the rafters for me unless it's in studio. I know she said she gets nervous singing in front of people sometimes and you can see a moment where she sang that first "Baaaby" and wasn't sure how it would come out, so she didn't open her mouth fully and as a result it was super pitchy IMO.

Now i know a lot of our faves get or have gotten high in some way    but DRINKING?  Oh baby that'll fuck you up. To this day, i believe drinking is what fucked Whitney up more than anything else with Cigarettes being a close 2nd.
