Plus the courts take SO much money out of a lot of guy's checks for child support, they are barely left with much after the deduction. Some men have to cheat the system to survive, and if a greedy bitch with a twinge of bitterness is filling out this form to take even more, she deserves a death threat.

my concern would actually be the kids

At some point ur gonna have to tell them where their father is

And I wouldn't want them thinking being in jail is a part of normal everyday life . Which is what happens a lot of times .. it becomes normalized in a lot of black families when children experience someone so close to them being behind bars for an extended amount of time .

It wouldn't be so much about NOT punishing him for his mess , but more about thinking how his incarceration would affect the children. Emotionally and just in regards to the way they see the world.

If he happens to end up there for another reason I wouldn't be crying tattoo tears for him but I don't think I'd make it my business to put him there .

I'd be forced to think a bit  further than the immediate satisfaction of seeing him punished for trying it.
