I get there distrust in ethnic communities, there's a slow uptake in ethnic communities in Europe as well, but denying the vaccine is literally doing yourself a disservice

And considering medical racism and the current lack of resources....a poor black person might not even get the necessary treatment if they caught the mess

Would they be able to AFFORD the medical care? Even get to the hospital?
Depending on where they live and the social economics would they be even getting adequate care? Would their practitioner practise fairly and without prejudice?
