Ppl always say what celeb death hits you the hardest. Aaliyah is def that number 1 for me.

cant believe it's been 20 years. ...

I really remember thinking at the time when she died that 22 years of age was old I'm like wow she got to live a full life at least.  Now as an adult who got to experience 22 years of age 23 24 25 etc. like so much happened in my life during those years and the fact that she never gets to experience that just really makes me sad
Definitely. It's hard for me to enjoy her music or watch her videos without thinking about the things you mentioned.

They really were friends huh

Amazing

I remember her death hit me like it was a close family member and I actually grieved for her for a long time.

I was such a stan of the red album at that time so I guess it was understandable.

Amazing

You thought 22 was old?

Come on now. Even as a 5 year old I knew 22 was young.
