She's a diversity casting at best. They'll can't have a show with four black female leads without out throwing some "exotic" gor in there. It's so tired.

Definitely truth to this. Tim story has history with Nadine though. Im sure he had her back doing the casting process.

He has history with Eve cuz he directed her Barbershop and the producers wanted Brandy cuz she's the most well rounded


Nadine along with the rest of the cast have been through hell. She shared some of her story recently (haven't seen it yet) but i can tell they all bonded because of their similarities. They've all been counted out at one point or another. I pointed this out and she sent me prayer hands on IG earlier sdddd

It's gonna be cool to watch them all ascend together
