Static is perfect to me. No different than Timbalands loud ass skndndndn all up n through certain classic records


This was just her new and fully trusted partner. I feel like he probably didn't even ask for her to keep his vocals on the tracks but she liked the fit and vibe. It added flavor and kept that "round the way" vibe people would surely miss from the first two projects

I had a friend in my Instagram DM saying she didn't care for self titled for that very reason:



My response was that she was still that girl lyrically, IMO, but simply evolved in terms of her sound and was likely gonna make another sharp left on her next project
