It's kinda like NSN/FM. I think we can agree NSN was a great album and her most popular but FM is where she really shows her artistic growth. I feel the same about OIAM/Aaliyah.

i personally love NSN more, but i can't deny the huge leap she took. Hell, creatively and sonically, i still can't believe she was able to pivot from the churchy Whitney thing on her debut, to what she, Lashawn, Rodney and Kenisha pratt created



NSN is different as FUCK. The skill level was super different and more intricate - although i know many people prefer those debut vocals
