Fas does what she has to do as a pop artist
It's a money game at the end of the day and she plays it well
I don't know about her bleaching her skin or anything like that ... don't think she's ever done it that. She, her mom and her grandma are all lighter skinned women... her kids are all lighter skin even with their darker father Jay z .. just like fas came out lighter with her darker father .
She's of Creole descent. She's lighter skinned . It's not unheard of for someone of her background .
To me id say the way she raises her daughter tells me that her pro blackness is real. The way she stood in her mess when everyone was taking digs at blu's hair .... She didn't let it phase her or change her mind . She didn't BELIEVE that the things people were saying about her daughters appearance was true , and rush to change it .
That to me is a major thing before her pro-black era that for me made me believe she is genuine. Forget about promo pics . That blu mess was def a true test for her . That's her CHILD.
She plays the money game in the business ...she plops on a blond wig and does what she needs to do to keep her "Beyoncé " image intact . But she did not FORCE that on her daughter.
And ultimately that's what I think made so many people uncomfortable and confused. And what proves to me that she's a real ass bitch .
