Unfortunately, this look is the result of plastic surgery. And honestly, her mouth area doesn't look very natural. I can understand surgery for medical issues that people face, but increasing the size of one's lips isn't necessarily indicative of some medical problem. It's quite a vain and mutilating act.

I mean, its been 20 years. She's not gonna look like her Genie days, but she looks better than she has in years and surely better than Britbot, Jessica and all dem other white broads from her era. Her lips look better too. She just doesnt carry weight well. 10 more lbs and she'll be looking even better.
