it's part toni and part something else. which is exactly what i heard. (maybe tamar)

so there you have it.

she def doesn't use whatever effect they used on her records, and she always sounds like her records when she sings live.

And they say that they sing live but I never believed that. Kandi said she thought they lip synched under the costumes but was shocked to find out it was live and thats why its supposedly so hard because it's hot, the costume is heavy, blah blah blah. They be recording them fckn vocals

I was sure it was Faith. But the clues don't line up with Faith on the second package. She basically said she'd had a surprise  baby young that through her life off and she couldn't pursue her school goals.  Then she kept making references to acting. I never heard about Faith being extra smart and having all these scholastic goals... She was a singer first. She got married and then had a son. It didn't really throw her career off track. Or maybe she sees it differently.

It sounds just like Faith, though. Just a little raspy at parts. but she could be trying to give her voice more rasp so it won't be so recognizable.

A lot of singers when they go on these shows, they alter their voices purposely to prevent ppl from knowing its them. Its clear Toni did this. 

As a matter of fact, I do believe as well that Toni, if she wants, can sing with a clearer tone. The way she sings is a part of her voice, yes, but its also a stylistic choice. She just toned down the "Toni" tone here.

And yeah, these artists all pre-record and then sing to it when performing. Not with dem huge ass masks over their heads, they're not.

that is actually Faith's story she was in college when she got pregnant with her daughter Chyna then moved out to LA with her baby's father

U need to  familiarize yourself with Faith's story
