Yeah, to be fair to Lil Nas X, there's a lot against an artist like him. Black, gay, being someone who calls out hypocritical Christians, and the reality that even if some people (straights, christians, etc) like his music, they won't buy it do to public perception. That being said, I'm not really a fan of him as an artist, but I recognize certain hurdles in his path.
