3:17 PM PT -- Jamie Spears has been suspended as Britney's conservator and he must turn over all books and records associated with the conservatorship. The judge appointed CPA John Zabel as temporary conservator of the estate until December 31.

There was a fight over when to end the conservatorship. Jamie's lawyer asked to end it today, but Rosengart wanted it terminated in 30 to 45 days. (Update: Currently the latest date to end the conservatorship altogether is set to November 12, it could end earlier.

This is great! Her dad wanted it to end today altogether so that he wouldn't have to turn over all the incriminating evidence. But since he was only suspended today, Britney's lawyer will be able to launch a proper investigation into all of the fraud and abuse by her whole team. They must be fuming right now.
