The mental coach or life coach, whatever you want to call her, was trying to help her. However she wasn't paying attention, she showed up late, she wasn't focused, she was stubborn and unprofessional. (I think she was going through a bad time mentally.) The life coach also saw that David was a bad influence in her life and tried to protect Tamar. Tamar freaked out at that point because she didn't want to lose him. Now that they are broken up (after she got a restraining order against him) I think WeTV and the coach should get a little more respect/credit. They were really involved and noticed something was off about her energy.
I get for Tamar it is difficult to not be in control of your image and it's not nice when people find out your life is basically a trainwreck. People often lash out afterwards at people who try to help because it's uncomfortable and painful to be forced to take a look at your life and situation... but you can't keep dragging them forever. Do the mature thing and take responsibility for your part in this broken work relationship.
