I used to hear a slight Kelly resemblance too when the song was new.
But now I can tell it's Bey only. The tone of the vocals is literally the same throughout the whole second verse. Like, if that part IS Kelly, then the whole verse would be her.

Also it doesn't make sense that they'd let Kelly sing 1.5 seconds and then cut back to Beyoncé. For what, considering she is capable to sing that part...

so Michelle said Kelly was in there singing the song with Beyonce but it's impossible that her voice didn't end up in parts other than "bgvs?"

this Michelle receipt isn't as concrete as y'all would like

I mean background vocals are clearly different than leads and verses. She didn't hesitate to say "Just Bey" on the verse. Meaning she was there and Kelly was only singing the parts that would be on the chorus in the background. Why would she randomly sing part of a verse when that's not what she's there for?
