I remember this. Love the production!

This was part of a "acoustic R&B" compilation which was released in 2017 by Ministry Of Sound UK. There's also an acoustic version of No Scrubs and Pony.

please post them :raycharles2urmess:

The audacity for Monica to call her album The Boy Is Mine is even more apparently all these years later.  :uhh:

Clive is brilliant

Brandy essentially named her album, i would have named it street symphony, It was a smart business move

Street Symphony would have been a perfect title

Business wise tho; TBIM>>

Kaeli.

I don't see this magnificent business move tbhon

TBIM only sold 500k more than Miss Thang. I'm sure it would've sold just as much with a title that wasnt retarded  :udontlookok:

!!!
Because the title didn't make sense for the whole album, it only related to ONE song :dead:

Annie

I don't think Mo liked it but Clive made the decision

Brandy is such an incredible vocal producer. I remember Keke Palmer revealing on her talk show and interview with Brandy that she'd produced this one from top to bottom. Genius

I feel like we've discussed this at least every 6 months

I mean Queen was selling multi platinum  singles and snagging #1s at the time as well lolz

I think Clive didn't want people to overlook the album; especially since the album came out nearly a month after Bran did. It was clearly a business move. But I do agree that Street Symphony would have been a great title

I actually think she did it to shade Brandy.
