Most of their complaints seem like they could pretty easily solved in the company cared.
!!!!
And the mess they're pulling might actually be hurting their business in the long run
I actually stopped to watch this video because recently two of my packages went missing .
The driver marked one as "delivered to front desk" at like 9PM one night, but my concierge leaves at 7, and you need a key fob to get into the building . So that's impossible .
Then another delivery was recently marked as "left at front porch" at 11PM. Which again is obviously impossible.
At first I was obviously angry at the drivers and I called Amazon for my refunds.... but in the back of my mind I wondered if they're facing a lot of pressure to get these deliveries marked as "done" and if they're overworked.
When people are severely overworked and feel mistreated, they are likely to get very careless and will sometimes even find small ways to retaliate against the company ("make them pay for it"). I honestly think that's what is happening
I can't be the only one experiencing this. So Amazon better get it together not only for the sake of their employees but for their business. I wouldn't have stopped to watch that video and wouldn't now be considering alternatives if two of my packages hadn't come up missing recently.
