Amazon isn't that great tbh.

That have a large catalog of items but not a lot of stuff that I want to buy personally.

And the prices aren't that great.

I don't have Prime anymore because I don't find it useful. Plus they're a terrible company.

I kinda disagree. Im primed tf UP! One of my credit cards is specifically a prime card and gets me benefits and mess. I use the tv/streaming service.  I have amazon music. They give u lil gifts and shit all the time just for being a member.  I got my echo Dot for .99. Not to mention I can order sumn today and one of their slaves will have my mess to me, in hand by tomorrow 
I think if u JUST casually shop every now and then maybe u dont see the value but there DEFINITELY is value

Most of their complaints seem like they could pretty easily solved in the company cared.

I actually stopped to watch this video because recently two of my packages went missing .

The driver marked one as "delivered to front desk" at like 9PM one night, but my concierge leaves at 7, and you need a key fob to get into the building . So that's impossible .

Then another delivery was recently marked as "left at front porch" at 11PM. Which again is obviously impossible.

At first I was obviously angry at the drivers and I called Amazon for my refunds.... but in the back of my mind I wondered if they're facing a lot of pressure to get these deliveries marked as "done" and if they're overworked.

well i think its natural for us to immediately think of ourselves and how things affect us first

especially something so annoying as someone marking something as "delivered" when it wasn't.
