Awesome I like the idea of seeing how much you pay the artists/labels

That's great. I like that Tidal have always been about fair pay for music artists. Spotify literally exploit all artists, especially indie artists.

Yes Spotify doesn't pay their artists that well and I think they were planning to introduce some higher rates (but artists who chose less pay will be promoted better and added to radio/suggestions). So basically the people who want to get paid (what they deserve) won't be treated the same way. I am sure new artists who really need the promo will chose less money, even tho they are the ones who could really use money to invest in their careers.

I'm canceling my Spotify mess . Can't justify having it just so I can play music on my bedroom tv cuz my tv doesn't have the app music app

if they have the tidal app available id use it . Never thought to check for that
