this guy was mentally disturbed IMO

They're in the comments calling him a psycho etc as if it's an insult and their way of kicking his corpse around a bit ...

But if mental health was taken more seriously in our community and we had more conversations about it maybe he would have sought help before doing the unthinkable

Words like psycho and crazy etc have to stop being used as an insult . Many times people are unaware of and cannot help their mental issue .

What he did was wrong obviously but he was clearly in crisis and didn't have access to help that could have saved his own life and those women's lives.

Yeah he may have been "psycho" but I hope that part of the story actually starts a conversation.

Why are some people  in the comments feeling bad for him?
I usually support mental health awareness, but this is an extreme case and I'm not gonna pick his side cause these girlfriends ,,played with his emotions". You just don't kill people. Wtf? And one of them was pregnant too.

By that logic I could also feel sorry suicide bombers/terrorists, cause they are mentally ill too. Fuck outta here.

I don't think "picking his side" is a good idea nor is blaming the women involved

But mental illness is something to be taken seriously , as evidenced by this senseless murder/suicide . He specifically mentioned depression before walking into his ex wife's house to kill her

And It's just worth talking about , in addition to realizing how horrible this situation is. That's how you turn a news story into something productive , as opposed to it being yet another event we gasp at for a few minutes before moving on to the next one .

Does that make sense?
