Bey wouldn't have been the artist she is today without getting inspiration from MJ. Also MJ's dancing has been so important for the next generations, he is definitely a pioneer.

I always feel like you have to judge a artist through the lens of their time. Choreography and staging date very easily, to view MJ thru a 2021 lens is a bit unfair. 

If a girl with great talent was given 20 years to study Bey, I'm sure she would know how to present herself to make to make it look grander and more modern, which would make Beyoncé work look dated, and someday that will happen.

The reason why I'd say MJ is incomparable is because of the innovation. He was a revolution, Beyoncé is an evolution. He radically changed things and influenced many. I wouldn't say Bey has radically changed much and her influence has only show itself thru Normani & Chloe.
