I think it started on set when Vin didn't want to start until 10 in the morning, while the Rock is ready to go at 6. He is not just the actor but also a director..and he kind of said that he discovered Dwayne as a WWE fighter and turned him into an actor/star..like he didn't have a movie career before fast. Also he said he would rile Dwayne up to make him perform better in the movie. He would piss him off and create tension so he would have more anger on screen or something. Vin is very weird..narcissistic.
