When I revisited Reality Check the order day I was so wow'd and pissed at the same time... that album deserved so much more and Mascara, Brand New & Silver Lining should've been singles

Those are my faves but I feel like Stanley was radio crossover and catchy and Hoodlove would been a huge urban smash with the right promo  as singles

ffff not necessarily. but imo this album was definitely just more palatable than the others, in the sense that the songs were more radio friendly. she gave more of a contemporary sound on the songs instead of the more soul vibe she went for on her other albums / singles. sonically, she just gave a more youthful energy this era, lyrics and content aside.
