i dunno what tasha's lawyers are charging and don't have access to her bank account  to see her balance
so i won't get too much into detail with assumptions about that

but if she's been able to spend years fighting tea with her lawyers instead of taking a settlement that was originally offered
im gonna HOP owt on this limb and say spending another few years in court isn't something she's unable to do
especially considering she's said it out on her own mouth she plans to do just that.

And all I'm saying is her dragging it out would be against any sound financial wisdom, unless she has a sound financial plan to be REALLY earning whilst dragging it out. It's the only way it would make any iota of sense. Otherwise she's plunging deeper into debt. Twist it or turn it, appeal or not, she's 4 milli poorer and Cardi is 2.8 million richer, and her lawyers a million dollars richer

and it's worth investing a few more thousand dollars to try and reverse a 3.8M verdict.
it's not like she'd be spending 300K fighting a 290K verdict. THAT would be a dumb ass idea.

this is an investment. a few more 100K to possibly save her 4MILLION. it's a gamble but it's worth it. this is a huge number she's fighting to have reversed.

i'd actually fire any lawyer who told me that i should just lay down and prepare to pay out 3.8, take it and NOT try to get it appealed with the available resources I have .

"we can appeal" needs to be the first thing i hear coming outta their mouth once i get an unfavorable verdict thrown at me.
