i see no losses, and glad they acknowledged nas's efforts with the nominations
that in itself is an honor he can add to his title and introductions.
worst case scenario is maybe this is a "baby steps" situation.
i won't completely rule out the possibility that there's some shadiness involved but i won't absolutely rule out that they felt jennifer deserved an award.
i think that the NAACP completely excluding him from noms would have been very suspect given the year he had.
this entire thing over an actual win can be debated.
the fact is that they see him, they acknowledge him and they're showing respect for what he does.
that's a good thing.
if more of us focus on the good in this instead of what coulda woulda shoulda maybe had i think that possibly seems like happened behind the scenes...our anger may subside just a bit.
