So she asked this fag from Blaze to come help out OLG.. but instead of giving him a pay increase, this fag said he's getting a pay DECREASE.

But this show is not really painting OLG or Kandi in a good light either.... she's extremely unprofessional and unorganized. And Todd has the nerve to trash talk, "I don't want none of the old employees back" but was overworking and UNDER paying them... and still is.

The fact that ALL of these employees quit and they had to BEG them to come back is very telling.... they're clearly just coming back for the tv opportunity.

This show makes the restaurant look unorganized and very chaotic. I wouldn't go there if there's a risk energy can die at every moment and they had people waiting for a table in some corridor next to a fire extinguisher. The people who work there clearly have other priorities than the restaurant. I did enjoy this chaotic episode, it was entertaining and I learned more about how Kandi & Todd run or try to run a business. I'm not sure it's going to be great promo.

I remember Sweetie Pies was chaotic too but they were so passionate about the food, hygiene and more friendly towards customers. They also showed they really cared about their community. (The way it ended was sad/a tragedy) I hope we will get to see more from Kandi. Right now all we saw was a big line of people waiting and waiting in the sun or a basement.

I thought the OLG ladies would bring the humor and shady comments about how to run the restaurant. I expect Kandi, Todd and staff to have more control. I don't get why they introduced the restaurant with the headline 'failed inspection'. If the power is out a lot imagine all the refrigerators and freezers. Todd not wanting to invest in a generator is crazy. They also could have used emergency lighting (batteries) or maybe get some solar power somehow. Don't let customers sit in the dark. They didn't even get some simple candles I always respected Kandi as a business woman but I already know Twitter is going to go crazy after this episode.

I respect the people from Blaze trying to help; they might be harsh & critical..it is needed. Kandi needs to have that wakeup call.
