He did and I fault her for that. He genuinely uses her, she should've taken his critique in stride.

He said a long time the issue is her team and at this point he's right plus it's almost like 5 or 7 years and still no album.... we're hard on her because we want her to succeed...  She's inconsistent, not visible.... it's been about 4 years and we still have no album, she moves like she's some established artist or legend. I think we all want to see her win, but she's blocking that for herself. And everyone is just over it now... and her excuses.

Right. It was CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM. Normani will never see the success she's capable of if she only allows "yes" men around her. She needs to be put in her place.
