I know some of y'all are younger than I am, but how many remember they fiasco when this album came out? 

Because of Oop's success, Tweet was unfairly pitted against Ashanti.  They came out around the same time, and Tweet lost the sales battle.  After that, her career nose-dived fast. 


The album was actually more comparable to Jill Scott, Alicia Keys, or someone along those lines.

I kinda wish she included just a few more Timbaland tracks

A lot of people were expecting that. People thought she was about to a dark skin aaliyah.

I was definitely expecting more bops but I'm so glad Missy let her and Nissan/Craig etc work their magic because this album really put me on to that Neo-Soul sound.
