I AGREE!!!!!! All those clips I seen made me cringe. I was actually gonna say sumn earlier in the thread about the way brandy goes into this giddy school girl thing like she isnt who she is and it's annoying. Shes humble tho and ig that's always a good thing

I agree and I wish she didn't shrink in the presence of other celebrities. I wouldn't be bothered by it if I felt it was genuine; it does come across a bit performative.

But in this context I'm not mad at her. Brandy was definitely influenced by Mariah's Butterfly album so of course she would show deference to her. And Brandy probably understands how insecure Mariah is so she caters to that a bit.
