Both have uneven discographies. Both have one great album to me. Ashanti takes the lead because her really great songs were huge hits, and true classic records. Ciara has some popular jams, but, nothing that can touch "Rain on me", "foolish", and "Only U" imo.

I like Ashanti a lot but not for her music lol, and I really don't like her voice, live or in studio.

They both have very limited vocal ability and are only as good as their producer, but Ciara has the ability to make a cute song here and there. "Evolution" is better than anything Ashanti has ever tried to make
