I agree but there's no reason he should have lost his temper the way he did. He was def right about getting a parent to talk to him instead of arguing with a student but he was actually arguing with the student and the last comment was unnecessary too.

I mean dude was definitely out of line here. As the adult you're supposed to take the high road and not be arguing with a child like it's out in the streets before a fight.

because from what i know...

teachers are usually placed in schools where they're needed most, not where they think the kids will be better behaved.

ur gonna encounter MESS especially in those "high need" schools.

you have to maintain your professionalism. those kids butts in those seats are paying your bills.

if gorls are out here expecting mickey dee's employees to be nice and professional as they're getting paid $5 an hour to slang french fries to the ruthless public, and expecting doordash drivers to smile as they get no tips because its what they signed up for...

let's keep the same energy for salaried teachers.
