I don't know how y'all meet people without apps

Maybe cause most of my friends are straight and I don't really go to gay bars.
It's the only way I can meet people.

Maybe I can't relate because I've only had two boyfriends (including the current) in all my 23 years.
I have never been to a gay bar before...Well...Once but left because I wasn't feeling it.

Every friend and my boyfriends have just come organically. I just dont.. um. Have a urge to search.
If friends/lovers don't just happen.. Im not looking.

I've met a few cool people through twitter though. That i've met and hang out with.
One being my best friend.

i get that! but i think its a little bit harder for gay guys to meet ppl.. especially if youre not around lots of gay ppl..

also if youre straight acting or live in a small city it helps u connect with other gays around you that you may not have known were gay unless u had the app

I feel that baph, but it depends on ur definition of "Organic". For me, it simply means anything that isn't forced, not necessarily based around the origin of the meeting or how the connection came about

A real connection can be made naturally and from anywhere IMO. even this forum (for me) has been proof of that.

very true!!!!  even on here!! i talk to someone one particular person on here like once or twice a week through text or on the phone and this person rarely posts we just made a connection by accident

Tinder was fun at first. But it just gets sooo much, you just lose touch. And it feels like actual dating, so it makes me feel like a multi-timing cheater, talking to all them nigs. Whereas grindr u just know what the tea is.
