The Queen made plans to rescue her daughter (right after the death of her son btw) before meeting with her child's kidnapper!?!?! Omg!!!!! How ridiculous is it that a parent wouldnt wait and rely on the word of the KIDNAPPER before planning to save their only living child! RIDICULOUSNESS! 

So the Queen made a rash decision putting herself, Shuri and Wakanda at risk for no reason?

Yeah.

Yea because rationality and logic are the first thing that come to my mind when I think my only living child has been kidnapped by someone

And tbh that's not illogical or irrational imo. I'm the ruler of what I believe to be the most powerful people. Why tf would I wait around for someone that has kidnapped my child to tell me my child is ok and not in danger
And Namor was pretty SET on what he was gonna do and the princess was set on not letting the girl be killed so his mind couldve easily changed. Why would they be comfortable letting him hold all the cards?  The gripe is just stupid through and through

Angela Bassett was stellar as usual though, and I didn't mind Shuri becoming BP because who tf else would it be if not her.

Loved shuri and this movie was much better than the 1st imhfo

I will say Shuri was a lot better in this movie, though I'm not so sure if Letitia can carry as a main moving forward. Especially with Angela not being around anymore.

Then again, the next BP movie won't be for at least another 5 years at the very least so.

Okoye had just gotten in a fight with the Talokan ppl and got thrown over the bridge into the water. Then she saw them taking Shuri and RiRi with them. So she reported what she saw and what happened, making them all reasonably scared.
Not to mention he already had snuck into Wakanda and threatened Ramonda and Shuri earlier in the movie
Just a couple logical reasons for everything

Also it was all bound to go down because Shuri refused to let them kill RiRi and Nakia killed that girl
I will say they were unprepared for the retaliation but they didn't have time for what they were up against
They did a good job not having many plot issues IMO

Just saw this and was DISGUSTED as I expected

NOTHING about this mess made a lick of sense

yea this movie was nowhere near as good as the first one
