The thing is.... Gen Z doesn't even watch this mess. I feel like only our generation still cares about these award shows. The past 2 years, I felt like they did a really good job at still somewhat catering to millennials, while making it appealing to Gen Z. This year, I didn't think it's so much that we're outta touch with the artists....  they all were pretty known. It's just that none of them could "perform", both our artists (Nicki) AND Gen Z's artists.



It was just a FOOL all around.

The thing is.... Gen Z doesn't even watch this mess. I feel like only our generation still cares about these award shows. The past 2 years, I felt like they did a really good job at still somewhat catering to millennials, while making it appealing to Gen Z. This year, I didn't think it's so much that we're outta touch with the artists....  they all were pretty known. It's just that none of them could "perform", both our artists (Nicki) AND Gen Z's artists.

nicki was PERFECT!  i think we put females on a pedestal they have to be at 100 percent all the time but male rappers can go on stage mumble a bit grab their dick and "slay". lol nicki did just enough for a female rapper

Male rappers can go on stage and stand in one spot and people rave about how they give swag. Nicki's interaction with the crowd and her enunciation are top tier. She doesn't give Bey on stage and that's okay.
