no I didn't because if she has the opportunity to do payola why not use it on all the singles so NONE of them flop?

Yes. Debuting high and then dropping drastically is not a "hit song". If it WAS a hit, she would've put out an album while it was "hot". She released a couple consecutive DUDS...
