No. When you are a voting member you must choose a genre to vote and you can only vote for that genre.
For example: if I choose pop, I can't vote under r&b or hip hop. I can only vote pop categories and general categories (ROTY, AOTY, BNA, etc)
that's exactly what I'm saying. The Pop voters are not gonna vote for her like the rap voters were, which is her issue
