if she specified UberBLACK which is a premium service offered by Uber i could understand expectations but im assuming she's referring to regular Uber.
I would say UberBlack is more suitable for airport runs or when u need to go somewhere important and cannot afford to chance getting an incompetent and/or unexperienced driver who doesn't know where they're going. as timing is super important
plus the cars are always better. usually an SUV. and the drivers treat the trip as if its a premium service
but even then, it's still an uber and not ur personal driver. sddssdsdds
they're still not ur employee or personal slave.
but they def usually help with bags for sure. and im a guy so im sure they do it for women.
she needs to become familiar with that offering if she has such high expectations because booking a regular degular Uber and expecting them to roll out the red carpet for u....
people really expect the world of these uber and doordash folks
